Monday to Friday: 11:00am-4:00pm (summer hours)

The Box Office opens on Saturday and Sunday at 12:00pm on the day of a scheduled event.

Box office hours may vary depending on the event.

On game day, P.E.I. Rocket tickets only available via walk-up.

Ticket Policy
Refunds
Refunds will be made only for events canceled or postponed, excluding delivery and service fees. Refunds will only be honoured within 30 days of event cancellation.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges, when permitted, will be made only prior to the event date.

Lost Tickets
Tickets lost, stolen or destroyed will not be replaced.

The Charlottetown Civic Centre reserves the right to refuse admission. Cameras or recording devices will not be permitted inside the venue. Failure to comply with the above rules or Charlottetown Civic Centre rules may result in non-admission or expulsion. Service fees non-refundable.

The patron hereby releases and agrees to indemnify and save harmless Charlottetown Civic Centre Management Inc. and its employees or agents from all claims for loss, injury or damage to persons and property while attending evens or travelling to and from the Charlottetown Civic Centre, which the patron or any other person claiming through the Patron or on the Patron's behalf, may at any time have arising out of or connected with the operations of events held at the Charlottetown Civic Centre, whether or not caused by or contributed to by the Charlottetown Civic Centre Management Inc. or its employees or agents.
